Orders are processed within 1–5 working days.
UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days.
International delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary once dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Our standard order processing time is up to five working days. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
What if my order is lost?
If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we recommend allowing 48 hours for delivery to be completed. If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact us at info@malman.co.ukfor further assistance.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Malman aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order being delivered.
• Returned item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer.
Please note:
• Items purchased during sales or promotional periods cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Made-to-order or limited production items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5–10 working days for your return to be processed.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please contact us at info@malman.co.uk with your order number.
If your return is accepted:
• Place all item(s) to be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, boxes, garment bags, and any accompanying materials.
• Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. You will be notified once processing is complete.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Client Services at info@malman.co.uk as soon as possible.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@malman.co.uk with your order number. Replacement items will be dispatched once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team.
If the requested exchange item is no longer available, a refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.
